I rather like the way this came out. As the other critic stated, the face does look quite flat indeed. Whether or not that was intended, my initial impression was that was a style decision - a piece that reminds me a bit of a 1940's era poster.
I do like the way the spider on the right was designed and painted, although not knowing this particular subject, I can only guess at best what it means.
A couple things I think should be noted, regardless of the style you were going for: I looked up Frank Iero. The resemblance is pretty good, but his mouth could stand to be bigger. I think you've done a good job capturing the overall shape of his face. I can't say how accurate you have his hair, since Google images has mostly given me images of him wearing a hoodie. It does look like you got it down, though. In fact, except for the mouth, and maybe the nose (which looks a bit uneven to me) I think it's a good representation, even if not "realistic".
Which brings me to the last point. If you were going for realism (which is the sense I got reading your response to the last critique), I think the thing to work on would be shading. Regardless, though, I do like the result you have produced and I think the style is intriguing.
Now please don't be offended by this... other than in there hair, where there is some tint, most of this appears slightly... please don't be offended... flat. I would have personally liked to see some more shading in particular places, FOR EXAMPLE, under the collar, down hs neck, under his nose. This is some general shading, but what I would have liked is some distinct shading.
BUT, I think that's my only negative thing to say. I truly admire the fact that you spent THIRTY SIX HOURS on this! The longest I think I've ever spent on any of mine is four!
Overall, really nicely done, but please note my one little tidbit of advice.
